My name is Kathy Winters and I have been trying to lose weight now for the last 10 years now and I have to admit it has really been an uphill challenge - a real struggle if I am honest! So let me begin by offering you some simple advice. If its a free trial then please read the small print! Its really as simple as that, if I had read the small print then I would not have signed up for a free trial and I would have saved myself £240.00! I will explain to you further up the page exactly how it works and what to avoid.
